Vic Grosjean Releasing “The Engineer’s Manual”, a guide for the orientation of Engineers.

This manual was produced by IESF in close collaboration with AI ISEN, by volunteers who are members of these 2 associations.

It is intended for any engineer who wishes to train to evolve throughout his professional life, but also for any bachelor who wishes to become an engineer, to engineering students, and to teachers wishing to inform their students.

It is based on 4 main themes :

  • How to become an engineer able to exercise his profession,
  • How to manage your career upon graduation,
  • How to continually expand your knowledge and skills,
  • How to participate in the ecosystem of engineers.

It brings together testimonials from engineers and is based on the annual IESF survey of engineers and scientists graduating in France:

  • Should you do a gap year, a double degree abroad, or continue your studies with a specialized Master’s?

This manual will help you find answers.
