12, May 2019 – Master of Ceremony for the IET Australian Gala
Vic Grosjean Master of Ceremonies (MC) for The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Australian Gala.
The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Victoria Network hosted the Australian national finals of the present around the world (PATW) competition.
We had a great expert judging panel Rob Loader, Mark Lowy, Michael John Henderson judging the competition. The competition was a resounding success. PATW is a global competition for Young Professionals and Students within engineering and technology disciplines to develop and showcase their presentation skills. The Australian winner would go on to Asia Pacific finals in Hong Kong, and who wins it would go on to the United Kingdom for global finals. Australians have fared very well in this competition in the past.
This was a very successful event hosted at Savoy Hotel, Melbourne. Great exposure and experience for our young professional volunteers. We welcome university students and young professionals in engineering and technology to come and be a part of this vibrant professional community.
The IET is a global engineering and technology professional body with over 168,000 members over 150 countries.
